For Non-US Customers: Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the United States. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.
What are your shipping and processing times?
Standard Shipping Times
United States: 5 - 20 days
United Kingdom: 5 - 15 days
Canada: 16 - 30 days
Australia: 6 - 15 days
New Zealand: 6 - 15 days
Processing Times
Orders take 3–6 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship out on weekends.
Please track your parcels through the tracking link sent to you. If you have not received your parcel after the estimated delivery window, please let us know and we will assist you.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from our system via email providing you with a tracking number.

Unexpected Delays
In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control.
Additionally, as most of our products are handcrafted, slight delays may occasionally occur due to the time and care required in the production process.
Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
